Digital Transformation Example 5: End-to-End CRM-ERP
Led the full migration from PipeDrive and Trello to Dynamics 365 to replace fragmented tools and manual processes. Commercial data was scattered across PipeDrive, Excel files, Word templates, and separate systems for quoting, contracting, invoicing, and delivery, resulting in duplicates, inconsistent reporting, and slow sales cycles.
I redesigned the commercial data model, cleaned and consolidated all records, configured a governed D365 environment, and built an automated migration engine to preserve relationships, activities, and history. Together with the teams, I standardized the lead-to-cash workflow and introduced clear pipelines, dashboards, and role-based access.
